🏫 Background of Right Winners Training Centre (RWTC)
Right Winners Training Centre (RWTC) is a vocational and adult education institution founded in 2023 in Arusha, Tanzania, by Robert Chacha Magesa and Joseph Mbowe. The centre was established with the vision of addressing the growing need for practical, competency-based education among youth and adults—particularly those seeking employable skills and self-reliance opportunities in today’s dynamic job market.
RWTC operates under official registration with the Institute of Adult Education (IAE), and collaborates with the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) to enable learners to sit for nationally recognized examinations. The institution was created on the principle that inclusive, hands-on training can uplift individuals and communities, regardless of age, religion, or background.
From its inception, RWTC has grown into a diverse learning environment offering both day school and boarding facilities, making it accessible to students from across Tanzania. The founders, with a passion for community empowerment, envisioned a centre that provides not only education but a pathway to employment and entrepreneurship.
RWTC now offers a variety of certificate courses including Information Technology, Tourism, Hotel Management, Secretarial Studies, Fashion Design, Hair & Beauty, Plumbing, Animal Husbandry, Early Childhood Education, Electrical Installation, International Languages, Business Administration, and more.
With dedicated instructors and a commitment to quality and innovation, RWTC continues to equip students with the skills they need to build a better future.
